Who is 243 baby?
243 baby is a family-founded nursery décor brand creating timeless pieces for life's most precious little moments. Our designs begin with original concepts developed by us and brought to life in collaboration with independent artists and skilled makers. We focus on premium materials, thoughtful design and American production, with many of our products made or finished locally in Connecticut. The name “243” means “we love you”—a sentiment at the heart of everything we create.
Can I hang these prints above a crib?
Yes, with care. If you hang art above a crib, choose lightweight frames with shatter-resistant acrylic instead of glass, secure every frame with wall anchors rated well above its weight, and hang the arrangement well above the crib rail (our size guides show each set 12 inches above a standard crib rail). Check frames regularly to make sure they're still secure. If you'd rather keep the wall above the crib clear, our sets look just as lovely above a dresser, changing table or glider.

We were so excited to receive this set of three hot air balloon prints. Hot air balloons are special to my husband and me—we even had a small one hanging at our wedding, and a friend illustrated one for our wedding invitations—so these prints felt especially meaningful to us.
The artwork is beautiful and thoughtfully done. The colors are soft but still vibrant, and the designs feel whimsical without being overwhelming—perfect for a nursery or child’s room. The prints look high-quality and were packaged carefully.
It means a lot to support a small, family-run baby business, and we’re genuinely impressed with the care and creativity that went into these. We’re so happy to display them and would absolutely recommend them as a sweet, timeless addition to a nursery, offie or as a thoughtful baby gift.
