Who is 243 baby?
243 baby is a family-founded nursery décor brand creating timeless pieces for life's most precious little moments. Our designs begin with original concepts developed by us and brought to life in collaboration with independent artists and skilled makers. We focus on premium materials, thoughtful design and American production, with many of our products made or finished locally in Connecticut. The name “243” means “we love you”—a sentiment at the heart of everything we create.
Can I hang this print above a crib?
Yes, with care. If you hang art above a crib, choose a lightweight frame with shatter-resistant acrylic instead of glass, secure it with wall anchors rated well above its weight, and hang it well above the crib rail. Check the frame regularly to make sure it's still secure. If you'd rather keep the wall above the crib clear, a single print looks just as lovely on a shelf, dresser, changing table or beside a glider.
